Four checks that decide whether a uniform lasts
Fabric suitability
Quality starts before stitching. Fabric weight, weave and colour-fastness are matched to the wearing environment — a classroom, a ward, an office or a factory floor — and to the washing routine the garment will face.
Stitching strength
Seams, collars, plackets and pockets are stitched for daily stress. The difference between a uniform that lasts a year and one that fails in a month is almost always the stitching — it is the thing we refuse to economise on.
Fit consistency
Size charts are enforced across the batch with measurement checks per size group. Piece 400 fits like piece 4 — that consistency is what makes bulk distribution painless at your end.
Order-wise checking
Before packing, each order passes checking of stitching, measurements and finishing. Problems get caught while they are still ours to fix — not discovered by your staff on distribution day.

Where applicable, a sample is produced and approved before bulk production begins — so there are no surprises later.
