In-house production is our whole advantage
Plenty of uniform suppliers are traders with a price list. Praveen Garments is a manufacturer: cutting, stitching, finishing and checking happen at our own facility in Anakaputhur, Chennai — a system refined over 20 years of bulk uniform orders.
Control
When production is under your own roof, quality is a process you run — not a promise you relay from a subcontractor you cannot supervise.
Speed
Feasibility, timeline and change requests are answered by the people at the machines, not negotiated through a supply chain.
Consistency
The same line produces your first batch and your repeat order. That is why batch two matches batch one — a claim traders cannot honestly make.
Production capability
What happens between your enquiry and your delivery
Cutting & pattern work
Patterns are graded across the full size range before cutting begins, so proportions stay right from the smallest size to the largest — not just scaled up and down.
In-house stitching line
Every garment is stitched at our own facility. No subcontracted batches, no mystery about who made what — one line, one standard, direct accountability.
Size-wise production runs
Bulk orders are produced as organised size runs with measurement checks per size group. This is the system that gets a full school or workforce fitted correctly.
Custom fabric & design support
Fabric, colour and pattern are selected with you against the wearing environment. Samples are produced for approval before any bulk run begins.
Order-wise quality checking
Stitching, measurements and finishing are checked per order before packing — the step that catches problems while they are still ours, not yours.
Sorted, size-labelled dispatch
Orders leave sorted and labelled by size, ready for straightforward distribution at a school, office or factory — including outstation deliveries across South India.
Working with us
Straight answers about scale
We would rather set expectations correctly than win an order we cannot serve well.
We are a focused production unit, not a mega-factory — and for most institutional buyers that is exactly right. Orders get planned properly, communication is direct, and nothing is lost between a sales office and a distant plant.
Tell us your quantity and deadline. If it fits our production schedule, we commit and deliver. If it does not, we say so upfront — that honesty is why customers come back.
What to include in your production enquiry
- Uniform type and garment list
- Approximate total quantity
- Sizes needed (rough breakdown is fine)
- Fabric/colour preferences, if any
- Your deadline or delivery window
- Delivery location
Put your order on a real production line
