20 years of stitching uniforms — and still family-run

Praveen Garments was not launched with a marketing plan. It grew the way manufacturing businesses used to grow — one order stitched well, leading to the next one.

School uniforms became our specialty because they are unforgiving. A school order means hundreds of children across dozens of sizes, a fixed reopening date, and parents who notice every loose thread. Getting that right, year after year, for around 30 schools taught us more about bulk production than any certificate could.

Everything is stitched in-house at our facility in Anakaputhur, Chennai. That is a deliberate choice: when production is under your own roof, quality is a process you control — not a promise you pass along from a subcontractor.

Today we are expanding the same production system into corporate, medical, industrial and institutional uniforms. We also manufacture Drelona, a medical apparel brand — proof the line is already producing at brand standard.
